5. Ground and Facility Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until SportE Indoor Arena has accepted the booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Customers must check that the following details are correct:
- Booking date;
- Start and finishing time;
- Selected ground or facility;
- Type of activity;

- Reporting injuries, damage, or incidents promptly.
6. Booking Times and Late Arrivals
Your booking provides access only during the confirmed booking period.
Players should arrive early enough to complete registration, payment, preparation, and safety requirements.
A late arrival will not normally extend the finishing time of the booking because another customer may have reserved the facility immediately afterwards.
Customers and participants must leave the playing area promptly at the end of the booked period.
Additional time may be provided only with SportE’s approval and may involve an additional charge.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices may be displayed on our website, booking system, social-media pages, notices, or other promotional materials.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan rupees;
- Payment must be made using an accepted payment method;
- Deposits may be required;
- Full payment may be required before a booking begins;
- Additional services or extended time may incur extra charges; and
- Customers are responsible for checking the total price before confirming a booking.

Payments may be processed through external banks or payment providers. Their separate terms and conditions may also apply.
8. Deposits
Some bookings, events, tournaments, medical services, or group activities may require a deposit.
A booking may remain provisional until the required deposit is paid.
The deposit amount, due date, refund status, and balance-payment date should be communicated during the booking process.
Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions may depend on the service, booking size, advance notice, and resources reserved.
Customers should contact SportE as soon as possible when they need to cancel or change a booking.
Unless a different written policy is provided for a particular service:
- Requests made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling, account credit, or a refund;
- Late cancellations may result in the loss of part or all of the payment;
- Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a completed booking;
- Deposits for major events or specially prepared services may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred; and
- Approved refunds may exclude reasonable payment-processing or administrative costs where legally permitted.
Any specific cancellation policy displayed during the booking process will form part of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Cancellations by SportE Indoor Arena
SportE may cancel, delay, shorten, relocate, or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary because of:

A practitioner may recommend further assessment, diagnostic testing, referral, emergency care, or another healthcare provider where appropriate.
15. Medical Emergencies
The SportE website, contact form, email, social-media accounts, and ordinary booking system must not be used for urgent medical assistance.
For an urgent or life-threatening situation, contact the appropriate emergency service or go to the nearest suitable medical facility.
SportE cannot guarantee that emails, messages, or online forms will be reviewed immediately.
16. Appointments and Late Attendance
Patients should arrive on time and bring any relevant documents requested for the appointment.
Late arrival may result in:
- A shorter consultation;
- Rescheduling;
- Cancellation; or
- A late-cancellation or missed-appointment charge.
Patients who cannot attend should contact SportE as soon as possible.
Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking access.
17. Prescriptions, Referrals, and Medical Documents

A practitioner may require:
- An in-person consultation;
